Andy came to MediaCom USA to aid planning teams in using the right tools, systems and data. His return to MediaCom was welcomed after starting his career years prior at MediaCom UK, working on one of the largest Direct Response accounts (RBS Group). He helped RBS and Natwest establish the largest credit card book in the UK contributing around 0.5m new customers through media. His work earned him an IPA Effectiveness Award and jumpstarted his career in data.
Andy headed up a comms planning team at Aegis, where he managed and championed Data Planning and Statistical analysis. The work won Andy two Fresh awards (MediaWeek) for best use of research in planning as well as a nomination as a young marketer of the year (Marketing Society) and a qualification as a Chartered Marketer (DipM). In 2008 he was brought out to Australia to help establish PHD, contributing several planning tools and new client wins (Google, Guthy Renker, NAB and O’Brien Glass) during his time there.
After three years in Australia he decided to return to the fold at MediaCom, looking after the data rich areas of the business.
