Nicoletta Ruhl » Director of Digital Media, Los Angeles Chargers
Nicoletta Ruhl led the creation of the Chargers digital media department in 2012 to modernize and accelerate the team’s reach and presence, increase online revenue, and grow the Chargers fan base through Chargers.com, social media, mobile applications, and original TV production.
Over the past five years, Nicoletta’s team has spearheaded content creation for millions of fans and helped increase engagement across all platforms. She also serves as executive producer of two broadcast TV shows, including the Emmy Award winning Chargers Insider.
Most recently, she became a member of one of NFL Media’s most important initiatives – the Unified Media Committee. This committee consists of eight executives tasked with helping all NFL clubs integrate broadcast, digital and social strategy and operations.
In addition, Nicoletta manages brand marketing for the team and is responsible for the development and implementation of all advertising efforts.
Nicoletta graduated from Yale University in 2006, where she played water polo and was an All-Ivy League swimmer.
